Problem
Industrial work still lives in a patchwork of spreadsheets, shop-floor tribal knowledge, and software that was never designed for how the plant actually runs. The cost is not only time — it is decisions made on stale numbers.
Approach
We treated the factory as a product surface. Operators, planners, and leadership needed the same system at different resolutions. MAIER One is a purpose-built operations platform: data where the work happens, automations where the work repeats, and a calm interface for people who do not have time for enterprise chrome.
Outcome
