1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of software, apps, websites, research, and other services provided by Excellency Intergalactic (“E-I”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using any E-I product or service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Unsolicited Submissions Policy.
2. Products and licenses
Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where our products offer subscriptions (including TradingGenie PRO), Apple’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Predictions, scores, and model output are informational only and are not investment, legal, or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, attempt to reverse engineer them except as permitted by law, interfere with other users, or use the services for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter into our apps. Local and iCloud data remains under your device and Apple account controls as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-I disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
5. Changes and contact
