We collect contact information, including name and email address, from beta software testers. This information is used to contact software testers when a new release is published and to provide them with access codes for the software. Beta testing is entirely voluntary and you can discontinue testing at your own discretion. Please notify us, as we will delete all your personal information and stop contacting you for the reasons stated above.
We sometimes collect survey data from people who respond to specific requests for information, either as opinion polling or for marketing. Each survey has a clear end date, after which the results will be aggregated and anonymised, and all personal data will be deleted.
